Not sure which section yopost this question. I am trying to E Mail Coty UK based in Asford Kent about a product that was unsatisfactory.as the seal was broken. I have taken a photograph of the offending product with the bar ode etc and wish to send to the head of customer services at Coty Uk, but cannot find san E Mail address anywhere. I got fobbed off when I phoned the company they were unhelpful and told me to write in with details of my complaint. With the cost of postage and as a pensioner that is ridiculous when an E Mail is the obvious option,..Can anyone help please.

How did you buy the product?0

It was purchased at Boots store which was 9 mikes from where I live. It cost £13, but they told me to contact Coty UK as it must have been delivered to the store in that state. I wanted to bring it to Coty UKs attention as in the end I suppose it my word against Boots/UK. I obviously did not check the product until i wanted to use it at home0

Boots should not have told you to contact Coty. Your contract is with Boots, not Coty, as you bought this from Boots.
Coty have no obligation to deal with you directly and probably don't have the appropriate resources / channels to do so.
Coty may still help if you send a letter as requested, as a good will gesture.
Ultimately though, this is between you and Boots.1 -
Well I don't know what you've been looking at but I found this relatively easily:https://www.coty.com/contact-us which leads to https://coty.cotyconsumeraffairs.com/ which is a form you can fill out with "Product Feedback" as an option. If the seal on the product was broken you should really have taken it back to Boots. I dare say most products of this company's nature are slapped together on an automated production line of some sort so if it was damaged outside of the production line (in distribution or wherever) then its anybody's guess where it happened. For all you know somebody might have knocked off the shelf in Boots, broke the seal and put it back without telling anybody.1
