Brickwork repointing and repairs costs

Struggling to get quotes for repointing and other brickwork repairs (grind out and replace a few square metres of brickwork). Roofer quoted 3k (as an add on with the new roof). But currently have no idea how much repointing a three bed semi would be.

It depends how many metres of brickwork need repointing. Not sure I'd get a roofer to repoint the whole house.
