CIFAS - how long do they keep your data after a search?

I have been reading up about CIFAS.
So basically, if a fraud is suspected, the bank will notify CIFAS, supply a case file and place a marker on the database with that persons details.
But what if there is never any fraud?
If a bank does a CIFAS search with a persons name and address, and there is no markers, does CIFAS keep a copy of the name and address and other info supplied in the search?
From their fair processing notice it says they get "name, address, date of birth, contact details, financial information, employment details, device identifiers including IP address and vehicle details."
Does CIFAS keep a search footprint so you can find out who searched and what was info was given?
Does CIFAS compare info suppied in different searches and trigger alerts?
Has anyone done a DSAR (clean with no markers found) but showing their personal details?
Did it show search footprints for companies that had searched CIFAS about you before and how long do they go back?
The Fair processing notice does not say how long they keep your data such as name and address when there is no fraud.
Would be interesting to know.

I might be getting confused with Hunter which keeps a copy of the info supplied each time a check is made and if there is a mismatch compared with previous submissions an alert is triggered. But does CIFAS do this too?

So, it seems no one knows how long they keep our data... Considering millions of us allow them to use it, we should know at least some key facts for fair processing.I have surfed around the web a bit more and, if you are checked, they do keep your details even when there is no fraud but I cannot find out for how long.Anyone?0
