Leeds City Council Rent Free Weeks???????

Hi

Can anyone tell me how many and when the rent free weeks are with Leeds City Council. I can find anywhere online and I dont have it down on paper anywhere.

    I rented from Leeds City Council back in 1997. As I recall, two of the rent-free weeks were at Christmas, one at Easter and one at the August bank holiday week.

    Am I right in thinking theres a few rules, such as no complaints against you and no rent payments missed? Might be wrong.
