Stock with a very high day range

I was looking at this stock today: Oi S.A. (OIBZQ) Stock Historical Prices & Data - Yahoo Finance.  It is telling me that the price changed by17,999,901.56% yesterday!  What has happened here? I understand the concept of speculating, however someone will of bought the share at the day low and someone will of bought the share at the day high.  Is that right? Is this likely to be just a data quality issue?

*will have. When you see moves like that it's either bad data or there's something up with the company and concomittantly the way that it trades. It doesn't help that you're looking at a non-US company listed on a US OTC market which are prone to liquidity issues in small, foreign companies.

Looking at the OTC markets' website it indeed looks like a bankrupt dud. The trade that created the tiny fraction of a (US) penny price was just 1,665 shares. Net-net, it's totally meaningless.
