Is anybody experiencing problems using a PC or laptop logged into online banking ?
We have the Everyday Cashback Credit Card - 7 consecutive transactions not showing from 3rd to 9th October - all subsequent transactions all showing after the 9th.
However, on the iPad all transactions from 3rd of the month onwards are available to check..
I called Amex and spoke to a young lady a few days ago, she was very helpful and advised there was a problem with their online service and that it was in the process of being rectified.
The same problem this morning - another call to Amex and a different representative was clearly unaware of said issue and it would be reported to the backroom boffins for action.
Just wondered if anybody else was having similar experience ?

Are you logging in as the main account holder?
The main card holder sees all transactions but the additional cardholder will see their own transactions only.

Sorted now - it took the third representative to advise me I wasn't looking at all recent transactions.
    DOH !!!

Sorry for the off topic guys, but don't wanna start a new thread just for this...

I've just been overcharged at Morrisons due to misunderstanding. £27 instead of £12.

One lady with a larger shopping let me in front of her because I had only 4 items. I told the cashier (an older lady) I only have "these 4 items" and as she started scanning she counted the first item 4x... I realised after paying that it was way too much and told her immediately. She sent me to the customer service. They entered -15 in the terminal and I put my Amex in it, entered my PIN and they charged back £15. Or at least that's what should have happened. However, when I log into my Amex, it doesn't show the £15 chargeback anywhere in my online transactions. Still just the £27 pending and nothing more. Anyone has some experience with this? Will it show up later or did the chargeback somehow fail?

Did you get a receipt for the refund? I normally do when I get a refund for a mistake in Sainsbury's

Otherwise, how long ago was this? Would make more sense to do your own topic though as bumping this is likely to result in replies to the original topic

Much better to start a fresh one that's specific to your query.
    First, take responsibility .....

Thanks. It was less than 2 hours ago. Maybe I'll do my own topic.
