    6 weeks to the day, and though I haven't received an email confirmation yet, my WHD application is showing as 'approved' in my online account. :)

    I just noticed your post after I posted earlier this morning.  No email confirmation  for me either but showing as approved in my Octopus Account although not yet added as a credit.

    Really pleased.

    Not sure when it's likely to be credited to the account, but my November bill DD is due to be taken next week, so perhaps after that?

    The process for The Broader Group in Scotland seems to be so straightforward and Octopus do make it easy. to apply.

    WHD payment still not credited to the account; contacted Octopus and they replied 'This should likely appear in a statement over the next 2 months'.

    The day after the DD payment for the December Bill was applied to the account, WHD has been credited to the account.  :)
