Lounge at Luton airport

There used to be a long running thread about airport lounges, but I think it has died off now. Travelling from Luton next week and looking for food options, I’m rather limited as I need gluten free and have tried emailing places but never get any response. The lounge there says they can cater for gf and I am considering paying and using that but wondered if there were any discounts around .
