Was this treatment with a reputable physio, with professional premises, or just a guy working from his spare room?
If the former he's being unreasonable.
What if you had to see a male doctor for something "intimate"?
If the latter, yes I can see how he might be a bit concerned...and personally I wouldn't see a male physio under those conditions (I'm female)
