resolve call proof of debt

I recently was contacted by Resolvecall regarding a debt i did not recognise, i asked them for proof of debt and they have sent me a load of statements from 2005-2009 for a credit card I forgot i had. I have not paid anything towards this debt and have not acknowledged it for 13 years it would seem, does this mean the debt will be statue barred??

Yes it would. Plenty of standard letters available
If they can't even be bothered to make up a phantom payment then they know this one is SB.
They're not saying there's a ccj on it, are they?1 -
There is no CCJ on it, and I have no CCJ's on my credit report0

Send the statute barred letter to them then.

If, there was evidence of a CCJ, I`m pretty certain they would have mentioned that in their opening salvo.
