Tried to open a savings account and just got stuck on Stage 4, wouldn't let me click anything, paged back to Stage 3 and clicked the declarations again and got the message 'thanks for applying' or something like that.  Received an email immediately saying they were delighted to welcome me as a new customer and inviting me to fund my account and giving me a sort code and reference no. but the account no. details are blank.  Is this a glitch or will I receive further details in the post?  Thanks.

Same issue when I tried about 2 months or so ago.
Call first thing Monday 09.00am.
Download the app first.
They will open the account and give you the sort and account number.
Open app and use the second option.
Should only take 10 minutes and your all done and ready to deposit you cash.

I had the same thing. Called and they sent out an email with the correct details
