Morning all, it's wet and dark here, looks like a proper winter's day 😕 One good thing is that it's still mild, but the poor trees are shedding leaves like there's no tomorrow.
I had a flurry of energy yesterday so I finished my jigsaw and put that away but then decided to sort my jigsaw cupboard, now the bigger boxes are at the bottom, smaller ones at the top. I sorted the spare wardrobe and a few items are destined for the cs, others have been put away for next summer. At least now you can get things in/out without a fight ! I wiped down all the wardrobe doors, the cupboards and the drawer fronts too, then hoovered the spare bedroom. I also did some washing which I hung out and has been airing upstairs overnight. DD called after a meeting to collect some parcels and stayed for a cuppa and a sticky doughnut, she sounds dreadful but it's half term here next week so I hope she can recharge and get rid of the lurgy.
I think today may be a quieter day. Tea will be a spanish omelette as there are some things in the fridge plus some eggs that need using up, so I'll throw it all in.
Have a good Saturday all, hugs to the poorly ones.
Take care and stay safe.

Hi, I'm still here,
Camelot, I've barely got out of bed this week so I couldn't go much slower. Anyway I am now on antibiotics and on the mend so am up and dressed. Steve is in bed complaining about his stomach. It's odd, when I am really ill he never seems to be and gets on with things and then seems to be ill after as if to say I need looking after too. If we're both moderately ill he has to be just that bit worse than me. Does that sound bad or does anyone else have the same experience.
I have managed to read most days so I need to say that I'm sorry, Scarlet.
Lovely to see you posting Mehefin.
Bella, it's awful that they've brought in the restrictions retrospectively.
I've forgotten most other things so commiserations to the sad or disappointed, get well soon to the ill and happiness to the celebrating.
Laura has gone away for a night with a friend, not far but she wanted Esben to have a night when she is away before the baby comes. We're still hoping to get away tomorrow but I think it will depend on Steve.
Have a good day.6 -
Evening all,
Weather is rotten here too, my poor dahlias, which have been giving a lovely show for weeks, are being battered to the ground.
As I don't seem to post often these days and so am out of touch I will just wish everybody well, have a good weekend.
