Hi , I have received a PCN from G24 , now I have a letter from TRACE Debt Recovery UK Limited requesting £160.00.
Has any one heard of this company? 
I sent an Email to the land owner for Robin Park retail park Wigan on the 13/10/2022  which I never got a reply.
Where do I go from here?

You ignore anything Trace Debt Recovery throw at you. The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, tells you why.

Only take seriously a formal Letter of Claim from solicitors representing G24 or a county court claim via the Northampton CCBC. Come back if you get either.

Generally speaking G24 are very infrequent litigators, although we've seen one or two lately, nothing of any great concern. We can help if they do sue you.

TO ADD - it would have been helpful if you'd updated us in your previous thread, which would give us some encouragement to help you further on this one. 

No update, no idea if our advice works, if we don't know if it works, what confidence do you think we can have to advise others?  What confidence can those we advise have in that advice?  Think about it.

If you want to find other cases exactly like yours, you just need to search the forum for trace debt recovery parking.

Yes we've heard of these debt crawlers.  Where you go from here is the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread, then laugh and get on with your life.

Trace are just full of it ?   They are relying on and living in a dream world that the scam BPA code of practice adding these fake amounts (£60) is actually real ??

It is just a made up scam approved by the BPA TO EXTORT MONEY

You simply ignore TRACE, they can do diddly squat .... and they know it

Sorry Umk0maas, I have not got the hang of this yet, I seem to have several threads , I am trying to get rid of the rest. My update is I have received a Letter of claim from bwlegal. I have sent the second letter to the landlord of Robin retail park wigan, and also a letter to my MP.
I have sent a SAR to G24 with a copy of my V5C,
Also I will be sending an Email to bwlegal to get more time stating I am seeking debt advice and deny the debt.
Only to day I received an Email from G24 asking me for ID. Told then a copy was attached to the Email I sent.
I am on holiday from Tuesday 25th April till 16thMay.

nerves about all this but I am not paying these cowboys.

There are no parking signs where I was Parked or the entrance I used , also I have a letter from my Doctor stating I was in contact with him the time I was there.

After being a member here for 3 years you must have learnt a thing or two about how to report a duplicate thread?

You have six threads but I did not read all of them to determine if they were related to the same issue.  You should be able to do that and then send an e-mail to the Forum Team and ask the if they would kindly merge the relevant threads together, this gives us the best chance to advise you without having to dodge about all over the forum with the obvious possibility of missing significant information.
