I have an error code on my oven display Er - 3 does anyone know what this refers to?

The model is Baumatic B620MC
(240v, 60hz 3000W)

Do you have the user manual, does it list the error codes?

I found the user manual online but, annoyingly it doesn't have a troubleshooting section or an "error code" section.
