eBay buyer requesting to return - help!

Unfortunately I think this is a case where what's fair and what's sensible are two different things. I think you have probably made the right decision - there was no guarantee that eBay would not have forced the refund regardless but at least this way your feedback probably remains intact.ANNA said:I have decided to accept the return. In a way, this is why I prefer facebook marketplace for local sales - they can't just force you to give them a refund after they've used the item for the weekend.Know what you don't2
