Substantial bond matured at raisin 31st January. Despite complaints money still not arrived in my account. I see that Raisin is a best buy at moment. Am not alone with this issue (see Trustpilot)
I have just had 2 mature in January
    No issues with receiving payment
Lucky you! Still not had my money now 3 weeks, have raised a complaint but no action whatsoever. New Trustpilot reviews with people in same situation. Feel MSE should be having a look at this considering Raisin are a best buy. Don’t want others getting in same situation

Sometimes, things go wrong for an individual account, with any institution.

It doesn't mean a systemic problem with the provider.

Just bad luck or a glitch.

Hope you get it resolved soon.

I know how frustrating and worrying it can be to have many ££££ in limbo.
