Marbles replacement card

Hi i lost my wallet and Marbles credit on Saturday and rang on Sunday 23/10 to block and get replaced. I really need to use it for some upcoming bills at the beginning of the coming month. Does anybody have any experience how long it takes to get a new card?

  • No idea but I would suggest you add it to google or apple pay on your phone if you have a smartphone so you can pay contactless as soon as the card is unfrozen.

Marbles is operated by Newday - the same as my Amazon card - I imagine it'll be similar across both brands as the replacement cards are probably managed by the same facility. I recently blocked my Amazon card and requested a replacement, and it took around a week to arrive. There are of course postal strikes going on at the moment - so there might be a bit of a backlog of mail. (I ordered something that was dispatched on Tuesday by RoyalMail48 and it still hasn't arrived)
