    My browser says 'not secure'.

I have to ask... why on earth is paying anything to ParkingEye being considered?

All the more reason to get it cancelled within minutes by simply complaining for your friend, to the retailer or hospital.

That's Plan A in the NEWBIES thread.  It'll be cancelled tomorrow for her!

@binao you are not new to MSE so you will know this is a very knowledgeable moneysaving site, and that you don't pay scams or unfair demands for money.

PLEASE stop this lady paying ParkingEye!

Tell us when PLAN A works...someone that elderly is probably less mobile and needs more time when going about daily life.  People who are frail or have medical conditions that affect stamina or mobility can't be accused of an overstay.

I'm making an educated guess that this is an alleged overstay when shopping, or an unfair PCN from a deluded hospital whose managers actually think they need aggressive ANPR 'enforcement'?

MAKE SURE SHE DOES NOT PAY!

    Easy to get cancelled.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
