LPA dates on form

Does anyone know - Are there any times limits on the various dates on the LPA form?
My dad (donor) filled it out a couple of months ago.
I am organising but I was on holiday for a couple of weeks and then got a cold and was unable visit my elderly clinically vulnerable dad.
My brother (attorney) took the forms away to find a witness and forgot about them.
I can't see anything anywhere but it's taken us time to get organised.
So will we fall foul of any time liimts?

Their is no time limit, but things must be signed in the correct order if not done on the same day.
The donor must sign first, in the presence a witness who signs next.Once they have signed the Certificate provider will sign their section
Attorneys and replacement attorneys sign after, again in the reserve of a witness.1
