I have been waiting for PCM's written response, only to find the letter sitting behind the kettle for two weeks!
PCM has decided to cancel the PCN and I am off the hook!
Thank you for everyone responding to my post. Without you guys pointing out that they needed to give me a consideration period, I don't think the appeal would be successful, which has now saved me weeks and months of stress!
