What would be the best description for my husband who is a bin driver for our local council so is a local government worker, supervisor,HGV driver.Thank you.

    I'd have thought "Refuse Collector" would probably be the most accurate.  Whilst you can "play about" with job titles to a certain extent and see what difference it makes to prices, you obviously need to pick a job that does genuinely describe what you do.
