in Credit cards
I am wondering if i transfer an amount to a credit card with the above fixed rate, does this apply to the amount transferred, or the whole balance? I assume it will only be the amount transferred?

If you are talking about doing a balance transfer then you would be charged that rate only on the balance you transfer, any other spending or such would be at whatever the stated card rate is0
