Do you have no use for distilled water? We used to use it to top up car batteries, and I believe it's essential to use it in the steam iron, especially in this part of the country where the water is very hard.
Water from a dehumidifier will be loaded with dust particles, mould spores, and even bacteria. Unless filtered before use, tipping it down the sink (or watering pot plants) is probably the best thing to do.
