Looks like you are working outdoors. Isn’t a broom enough? Does it matter if some dust is left around the garden?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Yes, a sweep up should be enough. With the patio being slightly damp and in bad condition, the white particles get everywhere and tend to stick a bit. I’ll try putting a tarpaulin down.silvercar said:Looks like you are working outdoors. Isn’t a broom enough? Does it matter if some dust is left around the garden?
Duct tape works well on the saw and the vac does keep the mess down.

I don't think it is. I saw a house getting refurbed locally and the bathroom or kitchen fitters were cutting plastic trim outside all day, there was plastic particle dust floating about for weeks after in the wind. where does it all go? into the land and sea and then into the food chain....silvercar said:Looks like you are working outdoors. I think for the sake of a few quid for an adapter using the hoover is a much better idea2
