hi i have a virgin and a cap 1 credit cards . i wish to transfer my balance from my virgin card to my cap 1 . now the only balance transfer offer that cap 1 are offering is 29% for the lifetime of the balance ...the balance i wish to transfer is about £3500.which will bring my full balance with cap 1 to about £6000 the only other best offer was rbs for 6mths + 3% fee
don't know what to do for the best .can anyone explian the 29% or give me some sugestions thanks

What's the current interest charge on your Virgin card?
