Here's a question with an alternative view - is there a reason to not buy more when it's half the price of when you initially bought it?
If you don't want to buy more of something when it's half the price I'd question if it's the right thing to buy!1 -

Also, maybe the rest of the portfolio has also fallen by a similar amount such that the BG fund isn't much underweight or not underweight vs target at all. I own index funds just so I never have to think about this sort of stuff. With an investment philosophy like BG's you'll see volatility and if you don't like the downsides I'd question your initial choices.
