Hi Folks,

I have some good news. I contacted Experian customer service office - and after investigation they and they found my complaint valid. "As the total loss information was missing from the check, we will be making a compensation payment to you. The payment will be the same as the maximum payment you would have received in a Data Guarantee claim. This is 50% of the Glass's retail valuation for the vehicle (adjusted for mileage)."

Sounds like a good result OP.

But that initial purchase price seems very low to me. I wonder if the seller DID know about Cat S and priced accordingly.
