CANCELLING TELEGRAPH SUBSCRIPTION

I signed up (naively possibly) for a cheap 3-month digital subscription to the Telegraph. Just wanted to to read more from 'the other side' - Im a Green supporter. Anyway its now time to cancel as they will start charging full price. I assumed it would be like other digital subs and would be able to cancel online eventually. Ive just been through the whole menu and they require people to RING AND CANCEL. I rang and just got music. No answer. I then found 2 more possible phone numbers. Rang them. Just music. No message to wait or anything!! This really annoys me!!!! I cant find another way to contact them. Can anyone help me please.
