So what are Paypal Honey doing??

I have had the Honey extension for a few years.  Earning points and getting a few vouchers. My last in August ....no problem.
Not so in mid October. Now I have had my points returned saying that there maybe a problem with my account.  So I duly contacted them.... Nothing.
I have tried 3 times to redeem my points, asked them to resend the email with the code, sent 4 emails to the customer support and...... nothing.

Is it me or do other members have the same problem?  What's going on with Honey?    

As a foot note I have notices a number of discontented murmurings on Trust Pilot when I did a search.

Google seems to tell me that this only works in America, this is a UK site so I suspect you won't receive many other replies.

It is available in UK, Australia, and Canada.

So carrying on. I have spent the last month trying to get a response from Honey. No acknowledgement at all.   I was going to leave feedback on play store,  however even though I have downloaded the app the option to rate it the option is not currently available.   I am going to make my 5th attempt to contact honey today...  I am not hopeful.

Hi ....me again.  Nope nothing... So I have sent an email to PayPal...  nothing to lose I guess

I would do but I don't have facebook or twitter....never have done..
