Easyjet Eurocard Refunds

they shut down the card about 2 years ago saying we had to use exelaonline for refunds. I sent all the bank statements etc they required. no refund came, then they said in March 2022 it is all now handled by easyjet@tuxedomoney.com. They never replied to ANY of my emails. I then found on Wirecard/FCA website that Railsbank ( now railsr) are handling it. More emails every few weeks, then they said I had been paid last year. I said, who paid me as no money went into me bank around the date said. No reply but ,LO, I received money into my bank without warning last week from Payrnet Ltd. It is a subsdiary of railsbank!!
So email support@railsbank.atlassian.net or go to railsr website and raise a ticket number with your request. Good luck to you all. It took me 2 years
