Your contract is with Admiral, Auxilis are their preferred claims (mis) management company.

You start a formal complaint against Admiral.

I believed I’d made a claim through my insurance.

Admiral have admitted they never sent me the email explaining that I wasn’t using admiral and just closed my claim.

Auxillis have made a mess off my vehicle and don’t want to know can I take legal action against admiral. I honestly believed I was using admiral.

or is this just a waste off time the vehicle was 6 months old and worth 35k now I think it’s worth 15k
Firstly, you are better starting your own thread rather than bringing back a dead thread

The great thing about English Law is anyone can sue anyone, doesn't mean you are going to win and doesn't mean you wont end up having to pay their costs especially as you seem to be hinting at the fact you want to claim £20k and so well outside the Small Track limit (aka Small Claims Court).

The risk free mechanism is to use the Complains Process which you can then escalate to the Ombudsman if you are unhappy with their response (or they fail to respond within 8 weeks)
