Is my evidence acceptable?

I received a parking charge from ECP. I disputed this, although I didn't have the original ticket. I was able to show I purchased a ticket from my bank statement. I phoned the bank for the transaction I.D and submitted this, this was declined, but they did say if I can provide the last 4 digits of my card it may help. I done this along with the charge details and reg number. They came back to me and said they couldnt find my registration or card payment details, and that if I wanted I could appeal to Popla. They provided a copy of date, time, partial vehicle registrations, parking periods and machine numbers. In my appeal to Popla I provided my bank screen shots, and also as to why one of the machines out of 6 was not listed. ECP provided their evidence, along with machine transactions, but this time 2 of the machines details were not included. So I question this in my motorists comments, or am I basically going to have to pay a charge and then raise a visa dispute for £1.50?

Errmmm...no-one pays even if they lose at POPLA! No idea why you think that you have to?
Yes you must point out in your comments the discrepancy you noticed and lack of evidence of payments made at all 6 machines. State that this was almost certainly a 'keying error' because payment has been proved, but ECP has failed to show ALL payments made (all 6 machines) so they cannot have investigated properly for a partial VRM and they also failed to offer £20 to settle this one, as mandated in the BPA CoP.
If you lose, obviously ignore ECP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
