Dress marked wrong size - no refund?

@rrankin546 - you were advised how to deal with this last week:
(I've added bold to my original post. You have to deal with the store because you bought it instore. The online entity might be able to help you but aren't obliged to).Manxman_in_exile said:If the dress is in fact a different size from the store attached label, and the consumer based their decision to purchase on that store attached label, then the goods do not conform to contract, and therefore the consumer is entitled to the same remedies as if the dress was faulty, aren't they?
ie short term right to reject for a refund within 30 days. If after 30 days but before 6 months and if the store can't replace, then a refund.
Does it matter whether it's not as described or faulty?
@rrankin546 - you may need to quote Consumer Rights Act 2015 (legislation.gov.uk) to them. s11 deals with goods having to be as described, short term right to reject in s20.0
