UPS Packlink Dimensions

Anyone knows exactly what the dimensions for shipping with UPS Packlink are?
I get a bit confused with this as the Packlink shipping dimensions under UPS state:
L(cm)xW(cm)xH(cm)/5000 max =5 max length 80
I have a parcel that is 41cm 41cm 32 cms in size. So if I use the above formula, my parcel would be 41x41x32/5000=10.75
Does this mean my parcel is way above their size limits? It's a bit strange as this dimension is quite regular and accepted with any other courier. (DPD, eVri, Parcel Force etc.)
I also checked UPS website and their dimensions on the website are higher than those on Packlink rules. Is it that they only offer services for small parcels with eBay/Packlink?
If anyone can shed some light on this I would appreciate it. Want to avoid being charged extra for oversized parcel and I like UPS as they are cheapish and reliable.

It looks like the max is the same as a RM small parcel as 45x35x16/5000=5. You can book UPS via Interparcel.1
