PCN from euro car parks
I have received a Notice To Keeper from euro car parks, with charge a of £100 for being 10 minutes over according to their cameras, but due to problems with not being able to get the apps and phone numbers advertised working, and not realising there was an actual ticket machine on another floor (only found out about this from another customer when getting very stressed), it seems like it must have taken 17 minutes from entry until the ticket was actually purchased, and therefore departure was before the time on the ticket.
I can't find out who the landowner is of the carpark, it's not close by or somewhere we'd usually visit, and google is no help (just directs to the euro car parks website), so I'm trying to write the letter for the appeal from the template given.
Can you tell me if this is suitable or suggest any changes? And would I enter this on euro car parks appeals page? Thanks!
Re PCN number:xxxx
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of
the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making
a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be
drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the
allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of
the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your
images of the vehicle.
In order to resolve the dispute, I attach a copy
of the ticket that was purchased. Please note that the departure time of 16:48:33
was before the expiry time on the ticket of 16:55. After
entering the car park and finding a space on the top floor, it
then took some time to purchase the ticket due to there being no ticket machine
on the top floor of the car park, and there were difficulties when attempting to
use the various apps and phone numbers on the signs, none of which would work. It was only once another customer helpfully mentioned
a ticket machine on a different floor to the carpark that a ticket could eventually
be purchased.

Explain a bit more about what happened when the driver tried to download the app, or ring the number.
'Didn't work' needs detail, without saying who the driver was.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you @Coupon-mad, I appreciate your reply. I wasn't sure how much details was needed, and with it having happened 2 weeks ago I can't remember the precise details, app names etc. (there were at least 3 of them)
So if I change part of it to this:
After entering the car park and finding a space on the top floor, it then took some time to purchase the ticket due to there being no ticket machines on the top floor of the car park, and there were difficulties when attempting to use the various apps and one of the phone numbers on the signs. None of the apps seemed to allow "guest" payments, and when trying to log in to those that the driver had previously used, it would consistently give an error at sign in, and not send through the verification codes to the mobile number or email address to enable reset of passwords. Similarly when trying to register for the app that hadn't previously been used, again verification codes were not received. The phone number that was attempted was an automated service that had the incorrect registration number, and then quickly quoted a long phone number that needed a text sending to with the updated registration number and it was not possible to memorise this number, so therefore unable to go ahead with that payment method. These apps were tried numerous times which took a significant amount of time at each attempt entering all the details since the driver didn't realise there was a ticket machine that could be used. After some time, another customer came onto the top floor who helpfully mentioned that there was a ticket machine on a different floor to the carpark so that a ticket could eventually be purchased.

Use whatever method for appeal is stated on the NTK. Most PPCs have an appeal portal and that is the best method to use.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
