Virgin Credit Card Statement Access via mobile app for expired card

Had a letter from Virgin Credit cards in March this year (2022) saying 'Your virgin money credit card expires soon and we've noticed that you haven't used it for a while. If you'd like to keep your card, get in touch to tell us you want to keep it or simply use it before it expires.'.
The card expired in June 2022 and between receiving the letter and the expiry I didn't use the card. Neither did I contact support to tell them I want to keep it. It was a card that came with a 0% purchases offer and that offer had expired, so the purchases interest reverted to normal. There was little point in me keeping it, as I now use other cards that have 0% interest on purchases.
I also have another virgin credit card taken out later which had a 0% purchases interest. That 0% offer has also recently expired. However, the card is valid until 2024. A couple of days ago I logged in to the App and happen to notice that the expired card is still on the list (alongside my other card). I take it this is because access to statements can still be provided even though the card has expired?
Just wondered, how long can I access statements for the expired card through the App. Considering that Virgin does not provide online banking access, I take it the card (and statement access) will remain there for a while. If so, for how long?
p.s. Within the app, when I check details of the card, there is a field 'Expiry date' and it says 'June 2022'. Just below there is a field 'Card Active' and for that it says 'Yes'. Is it meant to say that even for expired cards? Presumably, that is where it will indicate the card status if it is blocked for whatever reason. e.g. if I report it lost/stolen and CS put a block.
If I freeze the card, that 'Card Active' status is unaffected. However, the card is shown as frozen visually and the 'Freeze this card' setting will show as enabled.

Why not ask Virgin how long they will keep the card statements? If you're worried and desperately need old statements, most apps (or the website) allow you to download the PDFs and then you could store them

Also, if anyone was aware on this forum, or could direct me to the Virgin website where it specifies the time period. I did do a search online but nothing obvious came up!!
Edit: It says here online statements are available for 13 months:
https://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/service/credit-card/messages/paperless-statements.jsp
Not sure if the same applies to statement available via the app. Considering the virgin credit card is App only, it bears some relevance (because we cannot access the statement via website and would need to request paper statements if the App version times out).
Edit 2: Although the virgin website link above doesn't say. I logged in to the app and was able to download a the first ever statement dated 25 May 2019!
I could see/download all statements from that date.
A 'download ALL' or Download all statements between x date and y date would be useful though.
