This October 18th, we're celebrating World Seitan Day.
Although Seitan was created centuries ago by Buddhists, the west only discovered it when a Japanese man, George Ohsawa, introduced it as part of the macrobiotic diet. And what a great introduction it was.
As it's his birthday on 18th October, we decided we needed to celebrate!
