New smart meters - Shell Energy

I had smart meters fitted yesterday and they seem to be working fine and the in home display is working. When I logged in to my Shell account yesterday afternoon it said that they couldn’t connect to my electricity meter and only gas was marked as “smart”. Then this morning it said it couldn’t connect to my meters at all. Now there’s no error showing in my account but I’m still only seeing gas readings.
Does it normally take take time to sort itself out (and I’m being impatient) or should I contact Shell as there’s a problem?

The account set up process can take a few weeks. The supplier has to update the two databases before it can ‘pull’ data from your meters.1

it could also depend on when you had them set to update. our ovo meter only sends the readings monthly so most of the month the website stays the meter isnt sending readings and asks for a manual reading. i'm not sure why we went for monthly on set up but a reading always arrives when needed for the bill so we just ignore the ask for a manual reading. we can still get our daily and hourly use from the bright app.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.
