That’s a long time to not hear anything and I would suspect the taxi company have already ‘forgotten’ about you. Possibly the driver was working illegally? In the circumstances perhaps take action via the small claims court? Serving some form of summons against the taxi company should shake them up0

You claim against the at fault party, the OP gives no indication if the taxi driver or another party was to blame for the accident.Alter_ego said:Claim against the taxi company
The rules were changed such that whiplash and whiplash like soft tissue injuries are now a fixed tariff and dealt with by the Small Track/Small Claims Court. You can see the table on https://www.sillslegal.co.uk/news/2021/07/the-whiplash-tariff-and-the-rta-small-claims-protocol with 2(1)(b) being if there are psychological damages on top.pauly48 said:

This is the tariff for the pain, suffering and loss of amenities aspect of the claim... if you have had to pay for private physio then that would be a separate head of claim.0
