Cant seem to find much info on it, anyone know about it?
It seems like each supplier has the choice whether to be part of the real scheme or not, rumour is that BG have said no, E.ON and Octopus have said yes. You would need a working smart meter that is successfully providing 30 minute readings to your supplier to take part.
It's a strange scheme - sounds like it is paying you if you use less at peak time than you did the month before.0 -

the ovo scheme (or a scheme) is starting in november. they are using existing data to identify people to take part (probably to reduce the chance of people trying to game the system for personal profit) and people should be having an email about now if that includes them. don't know if this is in addition to or in place of the national scheme in the news.

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.1 -

Also, this isn't the same as the National Grid scheme that actually pays people to use electricity after 9pm.
