British Gas Energy Rebate

I haven't had my £66 rebate from British Gas despite paying the DD on the 4th - their chat help function has confirmed I'm eligible but won't tell me when it will be paid. 

Is anyone else still waiting for theirs, is there anything I can do to hurry this up?
