Trustee Accounts

My daughter, aged36 , has been left some money by her grandparents. Lovely you say ! Not really because we cannot locate her. The solicitor is saying we need to set up a Trustee Account so they can hold the money for her. In order for the account to not incur charges it need to be £25,000. It isn’t so would be charged at £5 per month. The interest giving on the money would not cover this so I am looking for an alternative way to keep it safe for her. Any ideas ?
