Renovation Insurance

Hi, could anybody help please I'm looking for house insurance on a property which is need of a complete renovation.
I believe l need a special kind of house insurance.

    What level of renovation? Structural repairs/alterations to the structure or more on the cosmetic/improvement side of things e.g. new bathroom, kitchen, heating update, redecoration etc. Is the property going to be unoccupied?

    Structal alterations. New extension, removing internal and external walls new wiring and pipe work etc. People will be on site during the day but unoccupied at night.
    Have had a quote from a company called selfbuildzone!!!!!

    You'll be better off using a broker - the only online renovation insurance I could find was very expensive.
