Your dinner sounds lovely 😊
I use my spreadsheet with different tabs for different things, and then I have a notebook that I use as a finance journal for every day of what my balances and payments are. I find this keeps me on top of everything and satisfies the ‘stationery geek’ in me.
Hope hubby feels better soon x

Yes I am a stationary geek as well @LittleMissDetermined...lol. , which is why I don't just like spread sheets. but the planner book I bought is so disjointed and not enough space for what I need really. DH laughs at me for the amount of lists I am always making for different things.
Thanks for yours and everyone else's well wishes for hubby. He still feels rough, but still negative, but it just seems odd as everyone else that has had this new variant, seems to have started with these same symptoms, but it seems to take a few days to show a positive. Hopefully its not, and he'll feel better soon.Making the debt go down and savings go up

I bought a more expensive planner at the start of the year and it wasn’t worth it to be honest. Still abide by my trusty spreadsheet with different tabs.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Re your driving license renewal if you’ve got in date passports you should be able to renew your driving license on line. You’ll need to verify it’s you with passport number and I think one other form of ID (I only did it a couple of weeks ago now but I can’t remember exactly what!) but it was cheaper than doing a paper renewal by about £5 and there was no risk of it getting lost in the post. I think it cost about £15 and no cost of a new photo either xxslowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T1

I do all my budgeting electronically. I have a s/s on Google Sheets with a tab for income and expenditure for the year, so a column for each month. Then another tab for each year's debt reduction, and another tab for my pots so I can allocate what money belongs where.
Then I use the 'To Do' app on my phone for lists - so an ongoing to do list I can tick when done, a list of all the meals I like and I can glance through them and uncheck the the ones I want to eat that week. Then another list for all the things I can think of to buy when food shopping, and I uncheck the ones I need for the food shop that week.
Then I use another app on my phone called 'Keep Notes' to write down all my spending as I go along.
I also recommend Stanley flasks. They are dear, but you can get a good deal on the big sales. That probably won't help you if you need one for June though.Live the good life where you have been planted.

I bought 2 of these to replace our flask and absolutely love them. So easy to clean out.
