Charter Savings

I think CS has removed all but ISA type deals from their website for some days.  Is this simply readying to launch new products or something else?  I'm already with them but have had no notification that I recollect.  Ring ring ring on the phone.

Yes, I think they sometimes do that before they launch new accounts. It's unusual to see so many accounts disappear at once though.

I would guess that it was unlikely they would tell a customer on the phone what deals they were about to launch, before making them public.

It is a feature of dealing with the smaller banks, who usually have the best rates, that what is on offer can change very quickly, and sometimes there are no offers at all.
