Leaving Sky Do I have to give them Notice?

My phone and broadband Sky contract finishes on the 30th November. I am going to leave Sky and join Talk Talk. I dislike contacting Sky as last time I was on hold for 25 minutes and their customer service is terrible. Can I leave Sky on 30th November and join TalkTalk or do I have to give Sky notice that I am cancelling. Any feedback appreciated.

Do we not need to clarify whether OP is referring to Sky TV, or Sky Phone and broadband?Neil_Jones said:sarahj1990 said:My phone and broadband Sky contract finishes on the 30th November. Your contract doesn't end on 30/11 . Your minimum term does. Do nothing and it continues as before, though possibly at a different price.
You normally need to give 30 days notice, but check your contract to confirm.
PS: if you think waiting 25m for CS on Sky is 'terrible', then TT is not going to be the right move for you...No free lunch, and no free laptop
