Apcoa Prebooked parking

Hi,
Apcoa offer the possibility to pre-book and pay for parking.
This was done for Three bridges station.
Parking was booked and paid in advance online for the whole day.
On arrival, the only spaces available in an incredibly narrow and packed car park had a sign saying premier permit holders, it was on a post, about 3 meters high.
Having already paid for parking i felt entitled to be able to use what I had paid for, also no possibility of cancelling the parking to find somewhere else to park as there is a 24 hour cancelation policy and you can't amend your booking once you've entered the car park. Something you would need to do to ascertain that there want any spaces.
Not finding any details in the car park as to what a "premier permit holder" was, I went for the idea that it would be valid for pre-booked parking.
Upon returning to the car we found a PCN for using the 'PREMIER' bay.
I also, after the fact had a read of the T&C I agreed when I booked online. A couple of points lead me to think that the "CONTRACT" is vague and unfair:
1.2. The parking space in the parking area will be unspecified.
Doesn't specify that there are different types of spaces available and is open to interpretation that any space in the car park is valid.
1.3. This booking does not guarantee the customer a parking space nor is a parking space reserved for or allocated to them. Parking is on a first come first served basis.
5.You may cancel a car park booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival using the “Manage My Booking”. You’ll get a full refund as long as we receive notification in time.
6.In addition to the possibility to cancel the order, you may change most bookings up to 2 hours before your time of arrival using “Manage My Booking”. The customer can amend/change the entry date / time, exit date / time, product and the chosen parking area. The customer will be refunded / charged the difference due to the amendment to the booking.
These seem like rather unfair contractual term.
2.5. Ordering is binding and when the customer has received a booking confirmation a definitive agreement between the parties has been reached.
Having ordered online, per their terms we where already under contract. No additional terms of use of the car park were implied, thus rendering any terms on the signage irrelevant?
I want to dispute this, any advice.

Parking Charge Notice or Penalty Charge Notice? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Also search the forum for APCOA railway penalty as these have been discussed dozens of times this year with advice and outcomes already given.
NO-ONE HAS PAID.
The pseudo 'penalty' times out in 6 months.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
