Received a PCN from this company I wasn't the driver by the way. I was preoccupied with my mother who wasn't well and because of this and I didn't have the time for photographs etc. I just paid the £60,I know I should have appealed but as I said I was too busy. I can't remember if I paid within the 14days allowed I have lost the original claim unfortunately but I know the money was taken from my account.
I have now received a letter of "notice of impending Court action " I have tried to ring them but can't get through. Tried to post an appeal on their website but it won't allow it. What is my best option to sort this please? Yours in anticipation.

Who is the letter from? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Whilst the letter states "notice of impending Court action" does it give a reason why? One assumes it is because you didn't pay the £60 within their self-imposed timescales but could it be another PCN? Have a read and tell us the reason they state.1
