Logicor Energy Limited: Final Order
Hi. I am due a refund and 4 x £30 OFGEM Guaranteed Standards payments from this supplier. I left in the summer and they didn't issue a final bill or refund within the timescales. They have stopped responding to me and I can't go to Ombudsman until late Novemeber due to 8 week rule. I notice after a Google search that a final order has been issued to them for non payment to OFGEM. I don't know much about this, does anyone know in these cases is it likely the supplier will close down?

From what I see they are going to lose their license soon if they don't pay an outstanding amount of almost £380,000.
They also did not file their accounts with Company House which were due on 30th of September.
Should they lose their license the guaranteed standard payments will no longer apply.

Hi. Sorry for late reply, thanks for advice. I was due these payments too from Symbio and they closed and it seems it's going to happen again. Just my luck.0

It seems they did find the money after all, and they kept their supply licence.pochase said:From what I see they are going to lose their license soon if they don't pay an outstanding amount of almost £380,000.
