Netflix... good, bad and ugly

Options
A couple of months ago I noticed that my Netflix looked terrible where as before it was fine... looked into settings on my streaming device and everything looked the same, all other streaming apps were fine and there was no setting on video quality in the Netflix app.

Went online, their website made no sense as selecting that I was watching on a streaming device it asked if I was using a phone or computer... answer was neither. So I tweeted to them, as the only social media I use and waited... no response.

So today the picture looked particularly bad and so went back to their website and found the "contact us" and chatted to "Barbie Girl" who mentioned that there is a Video Quality setting but only via their website... it was set to low. Changed it to high, waited 1 minute, picture back to normal. Dont remember changing it but was overseas with poor wifi for a while so guess I may have.

Let you guess which I think is the good, bad and ugly
